Estimated Delivery Time
- USA: 4 to 6 business days
- UK: 4 to 6 business days
Note: Delivery times start from the shipping date, not the purchase date. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, incorrect address details, or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Cut-Off Time
- Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

- FREE Express Shipping on all orders within the USA and UK.

Non-Shipping Days
- Orders are not processed or shipped on public holidays.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Address Changes

- Once the order is in transit, address changes are no longer possible.
Incorrect Address & Return Fees

Order Cancellations
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After shipping, cancellations are no longer possible. Please refer to our Return Policy for further assistance.
Damaged Items in Transit
- If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@dlix.online with photos of the damaged item. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
